If I have learned anything in y 16 years, it is that counication is very iportant, both when you disagree and when you get along. With any relationship, you need to let other person know how you are feeling. But designer ikhail Belvacv doesn’t think that forgetting to check the weather report before heading out should result in you getting wet. To protect people fro the rain, he created lapbrella, a lap post with its own rain sensing ubrella.
The designer says he coes up with the idea after watching people get wet on streets in Russia. “Once, I was driving on a central Saint Petersburg street and saw the street laps lighting up people trying to hide fro the rain. According to the designer, the lapbrella would ove at a low speed, so as not to cause har to the walkers. Besides, it would be grounded to protect fro possible lightning strike. Each lapbrella would offer enough protection for several people. Being fixed at 2 eters off the ground, it would only be a danger for the tallest of walkers.
