China announced on Saturday to establish the Xiongan New Area, a landmark new economic zone near Beijing designed to integrate the capital with its surrounding areas.中國政府于周六宣布設(shè)立雄安新區(qū)，雄安新區(qū)是具有里程碑意義的新經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)，旨在促進(jìn)北京和其周邊地區(qū)的和諧發(fā)展。The announcement attracted investors to swarm into the counties of Xiongxian, Rongcheng and Anxin in the new area, and drove up housing prices there, the committee said in a statement.委員會在一次聲明中表示道：此舉吸引了廣大投資者蜂擁而至新區(qū)的雄縣、容城和安縣的各個村莊，抬高了當(dāng)?shù)氐姆績r。The committee warned all forms of illegal trade of properties are not protected by law, and vowed to crack down on illegal construction and trading of second-hand houses.委員會警告道：各種非法形式的財產(chǎn)交易都是不受法律保護(hù)的，同時承諾取締一切非法建設(shè)和二手房交易。The committee said it will strictly implement the central authorities’ guideline that says "houses are for living in, not for speculating with."委員會表示將會嚴(yán)格實(shí)施中央政府的指導(dǎo)方針，謹(jǐn)遵“房屋為居住而建，而不是為投機(jī)倒把提供機(jī)會”的方針。
