In addition, it incorporated the domain knowledge into its initial population. This method increases greatly the efficiency of the algorithm and overcomes the problem of premature convergence of the simple genetic algorithm. This algorithm uses triangulated irregular network to model the virtual environment leading to lower in-core memory consumption. At the same time, there are many factors such as traversability of lunar terrain, systematical uncertainty, assistance of man and smooth of path, which are comprehensively considered. A path cost function is designed in order to safety of the planning path.
路徑規(guī)劃是月球車導(dǎo)航的核心任務(wù)，然而，復(fù)雜的月面環(huán)境下月球車的路徑規(guī)劃問題在已有的工作中卻鮮有這方面的研究成果，因此，本文提出了一種基于遺傳算法的月球車智能路徑規(guī)劃算法，該算法對(duì)傳統(tǒng)遺傳算法進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)，提出了一種基于知識(shí)的自適應(yīng)遺傳算法，通過把領(lǐng)域知識(shí)并入初始種群及自適應(yīng)調(diào)整控制參數(shù)，克服了傳統(tǒng)遺傳算法的早熟收斂問題，提高了遺傳算法的效率；采用三角網(wǎng)格建立虛擬的月表地形環(huán)境模型，降低了內(nèi)存消耗；同時(shí)，綜合考慮月面地形的可通行性、系統(tǒng)的不確定性、人的輔助性和運(yùn)動(dòng)的平滑性等問題，設(shè)計(jì)路徑代價(jià)函數(shù)，保證了路徑規(guī)劃的安全性。
