表示“一收到……立刻……”用on/upon (the) receipt of，the可省略。
I shall write again on/upon receipt of further news.

receipt和recipe都有“醫(yī)藥的配方”的意思，而 recipe還可指“食譜”，receipt則可指“收據(jù)”；
in receipt of表示“收到了……的”，屬于商業(yè)文件和公文用語。

receipt表示“收據(jù)”時(shí)，常不加a或the。
