教材分析：
本課是第十五單元第3 課，經(jīng)過(guò)前面兩課的學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)生已經(jīng)對(duì)教育和學(xué)校的話題有更深入的感受和認(rèn)識(shí)。本課課文是Graham Lawrence對(duì)他的學(xué)生時(shí)代學(xué)業(yè)的回顧，特別是對(duì)他的老師Brian Jenkins對(duì)他的幫助的感謝；還有一段他的老師Brian Jenkins對(duì)他的學(xué)生Graham的回憶短文。通過(guò)閱讀，學(xué)生將從學(xué)生和老師不同角度體會(huì)教師的工作和他們工作的價(jià)值。本課難度不大，學(xué)生本身就有很多的師生交流的體驗(yàn)。學(xué)生在本課中，要領(lǐng)會(huì)自信和興趣是成功的關(guān)鍵，同時(shí)認(rèn)識(shí)到在一個(gè)人的成長(zhǎng)中老師的作用是至關(guān)重要的。本課的重點(diǎn)是通過(guò)閱讀師生兩個(gè)人的回顧，學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)的詞匯和表達(dá)法，并在此基礎(chǔ)上，用自己的語(yǔ)言向他人介紹曾給自己幫助很大的某個(gè)老師。本課的語(yǔ)法是I wish構(gòu)成的虛擬句式。本課重點(diǎn)是讓學(xué)生理解并記住該虛擬句式的動(dòng)詞變化形式，并能在語(yǔ)境中使用。
