四、One possible version:
The 9th China International Garden Expo is opening soon. We are very excited because it will be held in Fengtai District, the place where we live and study. All of y classates agree that we should do soething for it. So last Sunday orning we cae to soe busy streets and sent to the passersby colorful brochures introducing the Expo. Then we went to the spot where free car stickers were handed out. We helped the drivers put the stickers on their cars, hoping the concept of green lifestyle will spread as those cars run around the city.
In the afternoon, we cae to the Garden Expo park to plant trees. Soe of us dug holes. Soe planted young trees and others watered the. Seeing the lines of trees, we had a wonderful sense of achieveent. Seeing the picture, I can’t help thinking how silly the boy is! He is cutting the thorns off the cactus. aybe he thinks the thorns will hurt hi. But a cactus without thorns is not a cactus anyore.
