Whenever I speak to a Chinese stud ent, they always say, “y spoken English is poor.”66 I would like to suggest that there ay be soe reasons for their probles with spoken English.

You want to get your essage across, to talk to soeone in English, as quickly and as well as you can, even though soeties you ay use a wrong word or tense(時態(tài)), but it doesn’t atter.69 .
The third reason is that not enough attention is paid to listening. You have one outh but two ears! All that hearing is necessary for you to start speaking.
Fourth, ost Chinese students are reactive rather than proactive language learners. Instead of actively seeking(尋求) out opportunities to iprove their spoken English they passively(被動的) wait for speaking opportunities to coe to the and wonder why their English always reains poor.70 .

D.If you have this proactive outlook, then you will see English opportunities wherever you go.
