隨著高中課程改革的展開，信息技術(shù)給我國的教育事業(yè)帶來了巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。信息技術(shù)在教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用引起了教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法、教學(xué)組織形式等一系列的變化，導(dǎo)致了教學(xué)思想，教學(xué)觀念，以及教學(xué)體制在一定程度上的變化。
一、教學(xué)背景
教學(xué)對(duì)象是高一學(xué)生，英語基礎(chǔ)是一般水平，同時(shí)對(duì)英語興趣不濃的學(xué)生。因此，本案例主要調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，以學(xué)生主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)為目標(biāo)。
二、教材分析
本案例是高一必修3 Unit 1 Festivals around the world ——Warming up部分，圍繞“Chines festivals”這一主題，主要通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)開展學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)，讓學(xué)生自主通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)查找資料，協(xié)作學(xué)習(xí)，通過討論了解中國節(jié)日的由來。要求學(xué)生能用英語表達(dá)并且正確認(rèn)識(shí)到作為一個(gè)中國人應(yīng)當(dāng)了解中國的文化歷史，最突出的特點(diǎn)是讓學(xué)生嘗試自主學(xué)習(xí)，主動(dòng)思考，樂于創(chuàng)作，勇于創(chuàng)新。
三、教學(xué)目標(biāo)
1、讓學(xué)生了解中國節(jié)日的由來及節(jié)日的特色。
2、讓學(xué)生通過討論來提高英語口語能力。

1、重點(diǎn)：訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的聽說能力。

Step Ⅰ Presentation
The teacher uses some pictures connected with festivals to lead in, show them to the students and present these questions.
Q1 : What’s your favorite festival of the year?
How do you celebrate it?
Q2 : Do you know its original of the festival?
教師：讓學(xué)生思考問題并發(fā)表自己的意見，引出課題，引起學(xué)生對(duì)問題的探究，也培養(yǎng)學(xué)生觀察問題的能力。
Step Ⅱ Discussion
Have students discuss the pictures presented on the screen and let them know the importance of learning about Chinese culture. Ask them to look at the pictures carefully and tell us what kind of festivals they are and talk sth. about them suh as the date, what it cele brates and what people do.
教師：通過看圖討論，直觀地把本節(jié)的內(nèi)容展現(xiàn)出來，充分培養(yǎng)學(xué)生運(yùn)用語言交際的能力和協(xié)作學(xué)習(xí)能力，充分調(diào)動(dòng)他們的積極性、主動(dòng)性和創(chuàng)造性。
Step Ⅲ Group work
The teacher divides the class into several groups and lay out an activity. Let them sit in a cirle and have a free talk for Mid-Autumn festival.
教師：通過活動(dòng)讓學(xué)生更好地了解中國節(jié)日的由來，讓學(xué)生在自由無拘束的環(huán)境里大膽地開口說英語，又讓學(xué)生形成自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力，充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣。體現(xiàn)了“以學(xué)生為主體”的教學(xué)理念。
Step Ⅳ Comclusion
Make a conclusion about the original of chinese festivals, taking one for example.
Step Ⅴ Assignment
Choose one festival around the world and ask the students to write down the details about it like Merry Christmas.
案例分析與總結(jié)：
1、通過多媒體制作課件，運(yùn)用多媒體手段和有效地網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源開展學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)，課堂氣氛活躍，學(xué)生踴躍參與活動(dòng)并取得良好的效果。
