My uncle will never forget what happened to him yesterday.

In the evening, he was invited to an inn. He enjoyed his dinner with his friends, drinking a lot of beers. As a result, he got drunk.He insisted on driving home after the meal, although his friends tried to persuade him not to do so.A few minutes later, he was winding his way on the street. And then his car ran into a tall tree. Fortunately, he was still alive, though seriously injured. The police came to the spot, and he was taken to the hospital. 一會(huì)兒后，車(chē)在路上搖搖晃晃，然后就撞到一顆樹(shù)上了。幸運(yùn)的是，他盡管傷得很重，但沒(méi)有生命危險(xiǎn)。警察來(lái)到事故現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，然后把他送到了醫(yī)院。自然，他必須在醫(yī)院里呆上幾天。更為糟糕的是，他被吊銷(xiāo)了駕駛執(zhí)照。他對(duì)自己所做的事感到萬(wàn)分后悔。
