一、口頭通知
　　口頭通知要注意以下幾點(diǎn)：
　　(1) 要有稱呼用語(yǔ)。如：在正式場(chǎng)合用的Ladies and gentlemen,對(duì)學(xué)生用的Boys and girls 等。
　　(2) 要有開頭語(yǔ)。常用的開頭語(yǔ)有：
　　May I have your attention, please?
　　Be quite. There is something important I have to tell you.
　　You need to know.
　　I have something to tell you.
　　(3) 時(shí)態(tài)問題�？陬^通知是要告訴大家即將進(jìn)行的活動(dòng)，因此要以一般將來時(shí)為主。
　　(4) 人稱問題。口頭通知常用第二人稱表示被通知的對(duì)象。
　　(5) 要有結(jié)束語(yǔ)。常用的結(jié)束語(yǔ)有：
　　That’s all. Thank you.
　　Any questions? Does everyone understand?
　　口頭通知示范：
　　假如你是班長(zhǎng)，根據(jù)下面的內(nèi)容和提示，寫一篇100左右的口頭通知，以便向同學(xué)們宣布。
　　事由：歡迎澳大利亞學(xué)生來校參觀。
　　參觀時(shí)間：6月15日上午9:00-12:00.
　　參觀人數(shù)：約60人。
　　活動(dòng)安排：
　　1. 8:30在校門口。
　　2. 9:00帶客人到會(huì)議室開聯(lián)歡會(huì)。
　　3. 領(lǐng)客人參觀植物園、校辦工廠。
　　4. 11:00在操場(chǎng)進(jìn)行籃球比賽。
　　5. 客人12:00離校。
　　注意事項(xiàng)：
　　1. 對(duì)客人要友好。
　　2. 要用英語(yǔ)交談。
　　寫作示范：
　　Boys and girls,
　　May I have your attention, please? About sixty Australian students will come to visit our school on June 15. We’ll meet them at the school gate at 8:30. We’ll take them to the meeting-room, where a get-together will be held. After that, we’ll show them around our botanical garden and the school-run factory. At11:00 there will be a basketball match on the playground. They’ll leave our school at 12:00.
　　Please be friendly to them. We must talk with them in English.

　　二、書面通知
　　書面通知具有以下特點(diǎn)：
　　(1) 書面通知的正文上面的正中有NOTICE或ANNOUNCEMENT 標(biāo)志。
　　(2) 在正文最后的右下角要寫上發(fā)通知的單位或組織者的姓名。
　　(3) 在左下角寫上發(fā)出通知的日期。
　　書面通知常用的開頭語(yǔ)有：
　　All teachers and students will be required to…(全體師生務(wù)必要)
　　Notice is hereby given that…(茲通知)
　　Our school / The Student Union will / is going to hold…
　　A lecture will be given at 7:00 this evening in…
　　常有的結(jié)束語(yǔ)有：
　　Everybody is expected to attend it.
　　Be sure to attend it on time.
　　Please / Do be present on time.
　　書面通知示范：
　　請(qǐng)根據(jù)提示寫一份通知。
　　(1) 10班在本周五晚上要開個(gè)英語(yǔ)晚會(huì)。
　　(2) 晚飯后6:30在教室集合,晚會(huì)7:00開始。
　　(3) 每個(gè)同學(xué)都要表演一個(gè)節(jié)目，內(nèi)容不限。
　　(4) 歡迎老師和全班同學(xué)參加。
　　NOTICE
　　An English evening party will be held on Friday Evening. Every one of our class is requested to be in the classroom at 6:30 after supper. The party will begin at 7:00PP.M. Each of the students should perform during the evening party. You may tell a story, sing a song, make a speech or read a poem and so on. All the teachers and students are welcome to attend our English evening.
