一、試卷命題意圖
本次命題遵照素質(zhì)教育要求，加強(qiáng)考試內(nèi)容與學(xué)生生活實際的聯(lián)系，重視對學(xué)生運(yùn)用所學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)知識和技能的考查，促進(jìn)學(xué)生生動、活潑、主動地學(xué)習(xí)。試卷從教材教學(xué)要求和學(xué)生的實際水平出發(fā)，重點(diǎn)考查學(xué)生聽力、理解、運(yùn)用語言的能力。本次命題從以下方面進(jìn)行考慮：
（一）、注重了基礎(chǔ)知識的考查。
試卷中注重體現(xiàn)考查學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)知識為主要目標(biāo)的命題原則，依據(jù)本內(nèi)容進(jìn)行命題，但又避免教材中機(jī)械的知識，對一些學(xué)生必須掌握的基礎(chǔ)知識作為重點(diǎn)考查的內(nèi)容。
（二）、加強(qiáng)能力的考查。

二、試題的難度分析：
（一）聽力部分。
聽力部分旨在考查學(xué)生聽音、辨音及聽力理解和快速反應(yīng)能力。這部分的難度主要在第一大題第5小題中的“l(fā)eg”和“l(fā)et”讀音的區(qū)分；第二大題的there be的句型的掌握。
（二）、筆試部分。
筆試部分主要考查學(xué)生的語言基礎(chǔ)知識和基本技能，包括詞、句的正確運(yùn)用和讀寫能力的考查。這部分的難度在于時態(tài)的掌握。如：第八大題的第5,7,10題。詞句的靈活運(yùn)用 如：第八大題的第6,8題。及對名詞格的理解。如第八大題的第1小題。
三、命題后的思考
本次命題，緊緊圍繞程目標(biāo)，結(jié)合學(xué)生生活實際，在全面考查學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)知識及基本技能的基礎(chǔ)上，重視考查學(xué)生運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識，分析、解決實際問題的能力。因此，我們在今后的教學(xué)中，必須夯實學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)知識，加強(qiáng)知識技能訓(xùn)練，提升運(yùn)用知識的能力，促進(jìn)學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展。
