1)中心思想題。

這類問(wèn)題主要是測(cè)試文章的主題思想。提問(wèn)方式有:What is the main idea of the passage?Whatcan we learn from this passage? What is the best title for this passage? What is the passage mainly about ? What is the speaker talking about?等等。

做這一類題時(shí)一定要注意集中精力聽(tīng)好短文的開(kāi)頭,因?yàn)樗募?jí)聽(tīng)力短文一般會(huì)開(kāi)門見(jiàn)山,把中心思想置于文章的開(kāi)頭。另外,如果文中反復(fù)出現(xiàn)同一詞匯或同一類詞匯,同樣也值得我們特別注意,因?yàn)榘羞@類詞匯的選項(xiàng)能較好地體現(xiàn)中心思想,通常就是正確答案。

2)事實(shí)細(xì)節(jié)題。

所考察的細(xì)節(jié)包括具體時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、主要人物或事件、各種數(shù)字等,問(wèn)題一般為wh-question的形式。這類題要求我們聽(tīng)到文中出現(xiàn)時(shí)間、數(shù)字時(shí)一定要特別敏感,及時(shí)做好筆記;另外,文中一旦出現(xiàn)以因果連詞(如because,so,dueto等)和轉(zhuǎn)折連詞(如but,however,though等)引導(dǎo)的句子也要格外留心,這些地方往往就是考點(diǎn)。

3)對(duì)錯(cuò)判斷題。

這類題常用以下提問(wèn)方式:Which of the following is true/not true,according to the passage?Which of the following is not mentioned ? 等等。聽(tīng)到這類題時(shí),一定要聽(tīng)清提問(wèn),對(duì)于有沒(méi)有not一詞要弄清楚。一般情況下,not一詞會(huì)重讀。

4)推理推測(cè)題。

這類題需要對(duì)文中的信息進(jìn)行分析推斷,才能作出正確的選擇。提問(wèn)方式有:Whatcan be infer from the passage?What does the speaker think about the problem...? What does the speaker most concerned about? How does the writer feel about...?等等。做這類題時(shí)一定要注意與短文內(nèi)容一樣的不是推斷,而且一定要根據(jù)短文的觀點(diǎn)而不是根據(jù)自己的觀點(diǎn)來(lái)推斷。

1. Create a plan for each day--use the plan to organize your day, but don't be married to

the plan--remain flexible.

每天做一個(gè)計(jì)劃——用這個(gè)計(jì)劃來(lái)安排你的日子,但不要過(guò)于死板,要保持靈活性。

2. Keep a list of your priorities in view. Measure your to-dos and planned actions against

them.

將考慮中的事情按主次列一個(gè)表,衡量它們的重要性并且有計(jì)劃地對(duì)待。

3. Ask of each new task before you "Who is the best person to be doing this task?"

對(duì)你面臨每一個(gè)新任務(wù)的時(shí)候問(wèn)一句,“誰(shuí)是完成這個(gè)任務(wù)的最佳人選?”

4. Ask specifically for what you want, including conditions of satisfaction, and timeframes.

Don't expect people to read your mind.

明確的提出你需要的東西,包括滿意的條件以及時(shí)間的構(gòu)成。不要指望別人了解你的心思。

5. Skip the morning news on TV. It's primarily negative. Skip the late night news on TV.

It's even more negative than the morning news. Go to sleep earlier, read, or write a journal.

不要看早間新聞, 它們大多是消極的。不看晚間新聞, 它們更消極。早點(diǎn)上床,閱讀或?qū)懸黄沼洝?/p>

6. Start each day with 30-60 minutes of reading--business, educational or inspirational.

7. Refine and clarify your vision. Where are your actions taking your organization?

精練地闡明你的見(jiàn)解。你行為的最終目的是什么?

8. Whatever you are currently complaining about--stop it.

無(wú)條件放棄你現(xiàn)下所有的抱怨。

9. Use the 80/20 rule to your advantage.

用80/20的準(zhǔn)則對(duì)待你的收益。(注:80/20的準(zhǔn)則——銷售額的80%來(lái)自20%的客戶或20%的產(chǎn)品,停止把你80%的時(shí)間花在只有20%生意的80%的顧客和產(chǎn)品上, 將你80%的時(shí)間化在帶來(lái)80%生意的的顧客和產(chǎn)品上。)

10. Work on one item at a time.

在一個(gè)時(shí)間內(nèi)集中精力做一件事情。

11. Put your basic values into writing.

把你的基本價(jià)值觀寫(xiě)下來(lái)。

12. Put your goals (all of them) into writing.

把你所有的目標(biāo)寫(xiě)下來(lái)。

13. Do your next day's planning at the end of the day.

一天結(jié)束前為第二天做好計(jì)劃。

14. Be networking conscious.

有意識(shí)地建立關(guān)系網(wǎng)。

15. Establish a reading/learning program.

制訂一個(gè)閱讀或者學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃。

16. Ask the question, where is the strategic or competitive advantage?

問(wèn)這樣一個(gè)問(wèn)題,自己的戰(zhàn)略或者競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)在哪里?

17. Figure out what you are very good at doing--delegate or outsource the rest.

確定你最善于做的是什么——將其它事委派或外包給別人做。

18. Analyze the cost/benefit of what you are doing. It may be more cost-effective to

delegate or outsource.

為你正做的工作做一個(gè)成本效益分析。也許把這項(xiàng)工作委派或外包給別人是更加劃算的。

19. Ask yourself, "Is what I am doing the highest value contribution I can make now?"

If not, don't do it.

問(wèn)你自己:“我正在做的事情能讓我獲得最大的利益回報(bào)嗎?”,如果不是,那就不要去做。
