巨人杰弗瑞有很多的朋友。大家都很喜歡他，因為他很善良。他很喜歡幫助朋友。

　　If Mary hurt herself, Jeffery would carry her home. "Oh! My leg!" "Mary, are you OK? Here let me help you up." "Ouch! It hurts. I can"t walk." "I"ll take you home." "Thanks, Jeffery."

　　如果瑪麗受傷了，杰弗瑞會把她送回家。“哦，我的腿！”“瑪麗，你還好嗎？讓我拉你站起來。”“哎呦！腿受傷了。我不能走路。”“我送你回家。”“謝謝你，杰弗瑞。”

　　Jeffery liked all his friends, but Jeffery was sad. It was too hard for Jeffery to play with friends, because...

　　籃球框太低了。蹺蹺板一頭壓下去就再也起不來了。

　　One day Jeffery came home early. He sat down under the biggest tree he could find. He didn"t want to be at the playground anymore. "I am too big to play with my friends," said Jeffery to himself.
