教學目標:
1.知識目標:
能掌握描述天氣的詞匯cloudy, rainy, snowy, sunny, windy。
能口頭運用句型How’s the weather today ? It’s sunny.
2.能力目標:通過學習培養(yǎng)學生根據(jù)實際情況描述天氣的能力。
3.情感目標:培養(yǎng)學生敢于開口說英語的積極性。
教學重、難點:
使學生能聽、說、讀、寫和正確運用詞匯cloudy, rainy, snowy, sunny, windy; 句子 :How`s the weather today ? It`s_____
使學生在真實的情境中靈活運用句型How`s the weather today ? It`s_____ .
教具準備: 磁帶,錄音機,單詞卡片
教學時間: 一課時
教學過程:
Ⅰ.Greetings.
--What day is it?
--It is Friday, April eleventh.
--What day is toorrow?
--It is It’s Saturday,April twelfth.
(設計意圖:學生復習問候用語和日期表達方法。)
Ⅱ.Review:
Show the students the pictures in the cards and ask the students to say the words one by one.
T: What’s this?
S:It’s rain.
(設計意圖:學生復習snow,wind,rain,cloud,sun幾個名詞,引出cloudy,rainy,snowy,sunny,windy的學習,并為對比名詞和形容詞做準備。)
Ⅲ. New Concepts:
Step1:Show the pictures of the neords.
T:Look at the picture.The weather is rainy. It’s rainy.Say together!(板書rainy)
Ss:Rainy.
T:What’s the eaning of it?
S1:下雨的。(學生拼讀、練習讀單詞。)
教師用彩粉筆把y板書在rain后面,學生對比發(fā)現(xiàn)它們的差別。
(設計意圖:學生通過比較,初步了解本課中的天氣詞匯與上一課學習的名詞的聯(lián)系。)
Step2.Teach windy,rainy,cloudy and sunny.
教師引導學生在wind,rain,cloud,sun的后面加上y,把它們變成形容詞,并讓學生試讀出單詞。
注意特別強調sunny的不同。
(設計意圖:加強新舊知識之間的聯(lián)系,讓學生發(fā)現(xiàn)學習的規(guī)律,掌握學習的方法。)
Step3:Play gaes
1. “What’s issing?”(sunny/snowy/cloudy/rainy/windy.)
2.“Guess the words” 猜單詞游戲
( 教師扣起單詞卡片,學生猜。)
Step4:Show the students the pic tures of the weather and practice.
--Is it rainy? (Is it a rainy day?)
--No. It’s sunny. / Yes. It’s rainy.
(教師和學生示范,為對話練習做準備,同時把課本上的第一部分充分練習。)
Step5:Practice in their groups.
Step6:Check up the dialogue.
Step7:Teach “How’s the weather today?”
T: How’s the weather? (出示一張?zhí)鞖鈭D片)
Ss: It’s rainy.
T: How’s the weather today?
Ss:It’s sunny.(學生根據(jù)當天的天氣回答。)
板書句子--How’s the weather today?
--It’s sunny
(設計意圖:學生學會使用How’s the weather today? It’s ______.句式問答天氣。)
Step8:Listen to the tape.Try to find the questions:
a.What day is it?
b.What day is toorrow?
c.How’s the weather today?
Step9:Answer the questions.
Step10:Read after the tape toghter.
Ⅳ. Enrichent
Step1:Deonstrate
T:What day is today?
S:It’s Friday,April eleventh.
T:What day is toorrow?
S:It’s Saturday,April twelfth.
T:How’s the weather today ? Is it Sunny?
S:Yes,it’s sunny. / No,it’s cloudy.
(設計意圖:學生在編對話的過程中,綜合運用所學的知識。)
Step2:Practice in pairs. (小黑板出示下列句式)
---What day is today?
---It’s Friday,April eleventh.
---What day is toorrow?
---It’s Saturday,April twelfth.
---How’s the weather today ? Is it Sunny?
---Yes,it’s sunny. / No,it’s cloudy.
Step3:Present their dialogues and the teacher should praise the students.

學生總結本課所學內容,布置課下作業(yè)。
