一頓簡單的晚餐，卻需要經(jīng)過那樣多的程序和那么多雙勤勞的雙手。歌聲中唱出的，除了濃濃的愛，還有一絲“粒粒皆辛苦”的味道。無論是愛，還是糧食，都是需要我們珍惜的。

　　遠(yuǎn)方的山谷下小麥長得正好，收割者忙著揮舞著鐮刀。

　　我聽到他們放聲歌唱，這歌聲歡快而高亢。

　　“小麥從未長得這么好，這是為艾麗絲的晚餐準(zhǔn)備的，嗬，嗬�！�

　　遠(yuǎn)方的河邊有一處老磨坊，磨坊主正在搓著沾滿粉塵的雙手，當(dāng)磨盤緩緩轉(zhuǎn)動，他激動不已地喊道：“這是用錢能買到的最好的面粉，這是為艾麗絲的晚餐準(zhǔn)備的，嗨，嗨�！�

　　樓下的廚房里爐火熊熊，廚師正在揉著雪白而柔軟的面團(tuán)。

　　今天她一邊不停地忙碌著，一邊唱著快樂的歌：

　　“這是我揉的最好的面團(tuán)，這是為艾麗絲的晚餐準(zhǔn)備的，哈，哈。”

　　最后，媽媽來到了嬰兒室，她手中穩(wěn)穩(wěn)地端著什么？

是滿滿一盤的金色和白色，她邊走邊唱，帶著滿臉的微笑，“這是我見過的最好的面包和奶油，這就是為艾麗絲的晚餐準(zhǔn)備的，呵，呵�！�
