在行車時(shí)綠燈表示通行。在其它情況下，如果說一個(gè)人給什么事或什么項(xiàng)目開了綠燈to give something the green light意思就是此人點(diǎn)頭同意了，批準(zhǔn)了這件事情或這個(gè)項(xiàng)目。
